Our watches are manufactured by watchmakers with great care and are subject to strict quality controls. We therefore grant a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this time, a defective watch will be repaired free of charge. If a repair is not possible, the watch will be replaced with an equivalent model. To apply for a repair under the terms of the warranty, it is mandatory to present the certificate of authenticity and the invoice.

As part of the paid maintenance service, your Mathieu Legrand will be completely overhauled and serviced by our watchmakers. This maintenance service includes the following:

In order to be able to claim the maintenance service, you must register your watch in advance using the warranty form above.
Despite all the care taken in the selection of materials and production, it is possible that a Mathieu Legrand watch may be damaged. In this case, you can submit an RMA application under the following link and have your watch checked and repaired by our service centre in Germany. This also applies to repairs carried out within the warranty period.
